Winter cleaning and Sauna experience

takes 1 and half hour to clean 4 Czech windows- been spring or rather winter cleaning my house.

went to a Sauna on Friday- like a proper one for the first time in my life and well it was an experience. ladies wander around naked and then in the sauna they scrub themselves and clean the most intimate part of their bodies.


I clung on to my big sheet wrapped around me and was thinking so this is what people do in Europe.... i'd love to return to Africa one day :-).

but by the end my muscles felt so amasing and relaxed- it was the best feeling and I would def. go again.
